Our cause. We are passionate about people, community and our environment. The world is changing and it is clear many people will need to re-invent themselves to adapt to new paradigms. Our cause is to help fund retraining programs for people seeking green jobs. How? With story-telling. Individually we have great stories. Collectively we believe they will be fantastic! We’ll be using social media to get the word out and to provide HR a platform that is confidential to communicate what is happening in their corner of the world.
Once enough great stories have been collected and analyzed, we will seek the guidance of thought leadership from both HR and C level executives to learn from and draw conclusions regarding what calls to action the profession may need to take as the world changes. It is our desire to include what we learn in a fascinating book for HR and business leaders alike. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll be infuriated, and most important you’ll be immersed with hope from those that continue, or rise to the occasion, to inspire and lead amidst all that is going on around them.
